The College has a rich legacy. Established in 2005, with a generous contribution made by Smt.Sundarbai Shankarlal Charitable Trust, T. Nagar, Chennai of the SHASUN Family and Group, the institution provides a unique opportunity to young women for quality higher education. In this, they were abetted by the founders, who were independent minded with a deep concern for quality of education they wished to impart. These attributes of total dedication have contributed in a large measure to the position of distinction occupied by the college. The College management is committed to creating an atmosphere in which the zest for learning thrives and students are trained not only academically but also to be women of convictions and values.
